The meeting was organized with the delegates of DAAD and German partner universities

The Rectorate of the German-Mongolian Institute for Resources and Technology, the Program Director of the GIZ welcomed the DAAD Program Manager Ms. Golrokh Ansari-Khah, and guest lecturers of German partner universities.

DAAD representatives, professors and researchers from TU Bergakademie Freiberg,  RWTH Aachen University and Brandenburg University, who came to Mongolia last August, held a summer program on "Responsible use and production of raw materials - from mining exploration to restoration" at GMIT.

During the meeting not only, further implementation and activities on next summer programs were highlighted but also DAAD scholarship, training, research and human resource capacity building in line with partner universities’ cooperation.

The German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) is the main partner organization that supports GMIT students by annually awarding DAAD-TNB and DAAD Surplace scholarships, as well as inviting visiting professors from the above-mentioned partner universities.
