Administration

The GMIT administration carries out organization-wide tasks by providing services for teaching and research. Our administrative staff is in charge of a broad variety of operations and services, e.g. IT support, campus maintenance and development, finance, student recruitment, staff recruitment and career service, and quality assurance. 
 
Following administrative departments are supporting the operations of GMIT:
 
RECTORATE OFFICE 
Accreditation, GMIT Quality Management System, Internal Audits, Consultancy, and guidance on PR, Marketing, and Industrial Partnerships. As Assistant to Rector, Urangoo.T ensures that the Rectorate’s decisions are formulated and presented to the Ministry of Education, Culture, Science, and Sports, to the Board of Governors, and to the GMIT academic / administrative staff.
 

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY 
Campus Management System, IT infrastructure, and GMIT website.

 
CAMPUS AND INFRASTRUCTURE 
Construction and facility management at the university.
 
 
FINANCE AND PROCUREMENT 
Budget, accounting, procurement and controlling, handling of tuition and dormitory fees.

 
Human Resource Management
Staff development, management, and organization, staff administration and payroll, occupational health and safety, personnel policy, career service etc.
